Who doesn’t love comics? Whether you prefer action-packed superhero comics or the newer graphic novel format, there’s something for everyone. The only thing more fun than reading comics is creating your own! During this four-day camp we will be going through the old-fashioned comic making process: planning, sketching, inking, and coloring. We’ll also be going through some storytelling exercises and drawing techniques to really round out your abilities, as well as looking at some completed works for reference and ideas. Come prepared with an original short story, an original character, or both!
Campers should please bring a snack for a mid day break.
